JAMBA SCHOOL APPRECIATION CARD


A Jamba School Appreciation card was sent home with each student Monday November 7th. 
For a replacement card there are extras in the school office.
Only valid at participating Jamba Juice locations.  For full terms and conditions please see below.

Terms & Conditions

  • The School Appreciation Card will expire upon the expiration of Jamba Juice’s agreement with the PTA.
  • The Card is only valid at participating Jamba Juice locations.
  • The Card is specifically not valid at any Safeway, Vons, or Pavillions locations.
  • The Card use is limited to one use per customer visit.
  • The Card is invalid if it was distributed to the customer on or near Jamba Juice locations.
  • The Card cannot be combined with any other out-of-store coupon or discount program, but may be used with the purchase of in-store bundle offers.
  • The Card is not valid for Jamba Juice employees. The Card has no cash value.
  • The Card cannot be used in conjunction with the purchase and or reloading of jambacards.
