_myCommunityPlace (MCP) program_
Dear Parents, This year, our PTSA has an easy way to support Woodridge Elementary through the myCommunityPlace (MCP) program. MCP off ers an online network of brand-name merchants who award a portion of every sale made through this website to our PTSA. All you have to do is go to our school’s link, click sign up , and shop at more than 50 merchants for the things you buy everyday (like Starbucks, Groupon, Barnes & Noble, Lowe's, and iTunes, to name some participating merchants). The more you shop, the more funds are raised. And you don’t have to dig deeper into your pocket to help. In fact, you can take advantage of many special off ers and receive free shipping on a lot of items. During February 2012, as soon as 150 people register on our mcpBADGE page, MCP will hold a random drawing and one of our school’s registered users will receive a $25 Starbucks gift card. No purchase is necessary; simply 150 valid registered users are required. Plus, our PTSA will get $100 toward our fundraising goal.
