Dear PTSA Members,
In an attempt to not overwhelm our parent volunteers and families, we have scaled down the number of events and fundraisers. Having said that, our PTSA is committed to our children to provide them with resources and tool to succeed at Woodridge Elementary School. This kind of education comes at a price way beyond what the State provides.
On Monday 11/2, our PTSA is kicking off a two-week fundraiser - Direct Fund Campaign. This is the most important fundraiser for the school and our goal is to raise $41,000 from November 2 through 14. This important fundraiser will help us raise much needed money that will be used to continue to provide for PTSA-funded programs like classroom support and enrichment grants. We are encouraging our families to give at Silver Eagle donor level, which is $100 per student.
Please be on the lookout for the Direct Fund Campaign parent letter and envelope that will be coming home with your child on November 2. During the campaign, we will update you via eBlast as well as our Direct Fund Campaign wall at Woodridge Elementary School.
We choose to send our children to Woodridge Elementary School because of all the things that set it apart and make the school so special. Now it is up to all of us to keep it an exceptional place to go to school! We look forward to a very successful year, supported by our great Woodridge families.
