Woodridge dream big gala

Join us on Saturday, February 8, 2020 at 5:30 pm at the Bellevue Arts Museum.  The evening begins with a reception with food from around the world.  You can browse the art exhibits, visit with families, play games, and take part in a Silent and Live Auction filled with amazing and affordable items.

Each ticket includes unlimited passed hors d'oeuvres, one complimentary drink, access to the museum art exhibits, and participation in the Silent and Live Auction events.  Early Bird tickets are $75; or $80 after January 10th.

what if i can't come?

Not everyone can make it to Dream Big Gala.  We get it - life is busy.  Don't fret, this year we're trying something new called Absentee Bidding.  Here's how it works:
  1. Click the link below to download the Absentee Bid Form.​
  2. Complete the form with your contact information, bid item number, bid description, and the MAXIMUM bid amount you are willing to pay for the item. 
  3. Be sure to review and agree to the Conditions of Purchase.  Without this, your bid(s) are invalid.  All sales are final.
  4. Email your completed form to melody@minkcards.com.
  5. On the night of Dream Big Gala, we'll do the bidding on your behalf.  If you win, you'll be automatically charged for your purchase.  An email will be sent confirming your purchase with the item details.
  6. Deadline for submitting your Absentee Bid Form is Friday, 2/7/20.

*We'll contact you will instructions for vaulting your credit card, securely, for payment in the event you win.
**Absentee Bidding is only available for Silent, Live, and Paddle Raise.  Experiences and Raffles are excluded.
