We sincerely appreciate any donation you can make - either to our auction in the form of merchandise, services, or gift certificates - or by being a sponsor ($150, $450 and $950+ levels).

Our deadline for donations or sponsorship is May 28th, 2025.

Additionally, we are happy to offer half a table worth of space in our gym for your business to set up a company table/booth during the carnival. Nothing can be sold, but you are free to have an activity, game or have handouts.

If you choose to be a sponsor or donate enough to our auction to meet the threshold, your business name will be included in our advertising.

We have 3 tiers of sponsorship for the Carnival: 

Community Sponsor ($150 or equivalent auction item) 

Your business name will be prominently displayed at the Carnival on our sponsor acknowledgement poster

Your business name will be included in marketing materials for our event (such as flyers, Facebook posts, and our Carnival website)

Your business name will be included in Carnival packets given out to families at the event

Option of having a whole table in our gym (as opposed to half a table)

Game Sponsor ($450)  

 All of the benefits of a Community Sponsor, plus… 

Your business logo and QR code will be prominently displayed on one of our carnival games

Your business logo and QR code will be included in marketing materials and we will place a link to your business on the Woodridge PTSA website 

Platinum Sponsor ($950+) 

 All of the benefits of a Game Sponsor plus… 

A dedicated sponsor post on our Facebook and Instagram pages

Your company name will be announced during the Carnival

Your company logo will be featured on the Carnival stamp card that students use for all of the games that they play
