Hosting Guidelines

Set Up:
The PTSA will provide tables for participants. We can also provide a poster board upon request. We will also provide plates, napkins, and cups for water.

Food:
If presenting food, please cut into very small portions. No utensils provided. We will have cards to list ingredients with allergen checklist.

Music:
If bringing music, please bring a phone with the playlist or songs available without WiFi.

Performances:
Performances are welcome! Send background music or videos to our Programs Coordinator.  

Table Ideas:
Traditional clothes, flags, postcards, crafts, decorations, books, photos, or maps of your country.
